Once you heard about this place, I’m sure that you will know how terrible this place is. However, it’s only the place that can bring you to your hometown by bus. This is because almost 80% of the bus services are available in Pudu Raya bus station. Just imagine how the place can accommodate people from any places around Malaysia in one time? Without any air-conditioner and comfortable seats while you wait for the bus. This would be worsen when any seasonal occasion such Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year and any public holiday. This place became very crowded and horrible.
You can feel the smoke from the busses even you at the waiting area because there are no doors that can separate the bus stop and the waiting area. The food courts make it worse because you also can smell smoke from the cooking places as it is at the same level with waiting area. Besides, the location of the Pudu Raya is not strategic as it’s in the centre of the KL. Yes, it is easy to find but it’s usually caused a terrible traffic jammed. The validity of your ticket can be an issue especially if you buy the ticket that is not from the counter. This person is called “ulat” by the government, because they cheat the consumer by selling the tickets that might not be available without any permission and the busses are not recognize by the government. The pick picketers and beggars also will make you uncomfortable. So, be prepared to have this kind of situation when you want to go to this place.

I think when ppl think of the words PUDU RAYA --> they will more or less expect this level of service.
Maybe if you had gone to the bus station at Jln Duta - u will be greeted with an entirely different view and experience...
