This is the restaurant that gives me and my friends a special treatment in our first time in there a year ago. The services that they provide really concerns about the customers comfort when having a meal in there. I still can remember on that time how the manager and the staffs of this restaurant pleasure us when we entered the restaurant. They smile, greet on us, bring us to the table and even pull the chair for us. It was very beyond our expectation because our attire at that time was very simple and we expect that we will not be treated as good as that as what other restaurant does. When we sit at the table that they bring us, the staff gives a menu and because it was our first time, the staff explains to us about the packages of sets of meals that they provided without we asked for that. It makes easier for us to choose the meals that we want. Besides the hospitality that they give, the hygiene of the food, the staffs and the place can be describes as good.
Beside, the way they prepare for our food, we are able to see it because the kitchen and the place they put their food is at the counter. The price also affordable and the meal are good. The Laksa Shack Restaurant offers traditional food in some places around Malaysia such as Johor food, Kelantan food, Melaka food and many more. The delicious foods and the services they offered will make you satisfy and enjoy your meal.
